General Facilities The Ives internal operations are computer integrated with Prophet 21, Activant's leading enterprise software solution for wholesale distribution. We utilize a 2008 Windows-based platform and SQL Server database. The openness of the SQL Server database enables us to quickly adapt to changes in the marketplace and maintain our competitive advantage.

Strategically integrating Tour de Force's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) enables the Ives Team to manage the life cycle of customer relationships.

Everything is instantly accessible from our employees' home, office or PDA. Direct links to our Principals speed order entry and customer service, enabling quick computer look up of order status, spare parts requirements, project management, and factory inventory. All employees use PC's equipped with thin client access for security of your data at each workstation through VPN's and multiple T1 lines connecting our facilities with multiple high level firewalls assuring maximum up time and data security. Sales The Ives Sales Team has over 750 years of combined Industry experience. Twelve Inside Sales Engineers teamed with six Sales Associates support twenty Outside Salesmen. The teams utilize the latest technology in their offices to perform application selection and sizing. Ives' local area networks have direct access into most of our factory systems. Our Field Sales Force utilizes notebook PC's to stay connected to our Business system via a highly secure VPN connection. All of our Sales staff are factory trained and undergo continuous in-house training to stay current with all application requirements and solutions. Warehouse's Our Warehouse personnel have been factory trained in the assembly, customization and calibration of all product lines we represent and sell. We have a 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse in our corporate office and stock in excess of 2 million dollars worth of products available for immediate delivery. Our assembly and calibration areas have all the tools and test equipment necessary to get the job done for you. Shipping Most of our products ship out of our warehouse the same day the order is placed provided we have the item is in stock. If the item is backordered we have the ability to ship directly from the factory to you in many cases. When your order requires assembly, customization or calibration, this time may vary but we can, in many instances, still ship the same day.

Our goal is to meet or exceed your required delivery date. Orders are proactively expedited against factory acknowledgements. We have computer links to UPS and Fed-X and can provide tracking numbers instantly. We ship globally and can ship by any method you request. We also have the ability to handle any shipment from a small coil, to a 1000lb valve requiring special crating and carrier along with courier service if needed.
